Belour uses a simple one-time payment model. One invitation costs €35. No subscriptions or hidden fees. For that price, you get your own personalized event website, unlimited guests, RSVP management, group organization, expense tracking, and all other features.

Can I use one payment for multiple events?

Each payment covers one invitation. If you need a second invitation (for example, for a different event), a separate payment of €35 is required.

How do guest groups work?

Guest groups let you organize your guests into categories — such as tables, families, or sides of the family. You can assign each guest to a group, making seating arrangements and overview management much easier.

How does expense tracking work?

The expense tracker lets you log all wedding-related costs and keep track of your budget. Add expense entries, set budget targets, and monitor your total spend in one convenient place.

Is there a limit on the number of guests?

No. You can add unlimited guests to your invitation. There are no restrictions on the size of your guest list.

Can I change my invitation template after publishing?

Yes, you can switch templates at any time from the invitation settings. Your guest list, RSVPs, and other data will remain unchanged.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once an invitation has been activated.
