During registration, we collect the following data:
- Email address — used for login and account-related communication
- Password — stored in a hashed format, never in plain text
- Country — used exclusively for local formatting of dates, currencies, and similar displays within the application
We do not collect any additional personal data without your explicit consent.
3. Cookies and Authentication
Belour uses cookies exclusively to store authentication data (JWT session). These cookies are necessary for the application to function and cannot be turned off. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising.
4. Analytics and Tracking
Belour uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the platform is used and improve the user experience.
Umami Analytics collects limited, anonymous usage data, such as:
- page views
- basic browser and device information
- referrer (source of arrival)
- interactions such as clicks (event tracking)
This data:
- does not use cookies
- does not allow direct identification
- is not used for tracking across different websites
The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest in improving the service, in accordance with GDPR.
Data is processed through the Umami Analytics service (cloud version), which may act as a data processor.
5. Payment
All payment transactions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), acting as the merchant of record. Belour does not have access to your payment card details or financial data. For questions about payments, invoices, and refunds, the Paddle Privacy Policy applies.
6. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively for:
- Managing your account and authentication
- Providing invitation creation and management services
- Sending transactional messages related to your account (e.g., email confirmation)
- Analyzing platform usage to improve functionality and user experience
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We apply technical and organizational protection measures in accordance with industry standards. However, no system is completely impenetrable — use a strong password and keep it safe.

- Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your account and all associated data
