By using the Belour platform, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the service.
1. About the Service
Belour is a platform for creating digital wedding invitations that allows users to:
- Create and send wedding invitations
- Manage guest responses (RSVP)
- Organize guests into groups (e.g., by tables)
- Track wedding-related costs and expenses
2. Registration and Account
To use Belour, you need to create an account by providing an email address, password, and country. You are responsible for the security of your access data. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. A single user may only have one account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Belour for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other accounts
- Overload or interfere with the platform's operation using automated tools
- Use the platform to send spam or fake invitations
- Reproduce, sell, or resell the service without written approval
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid services on Belour are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), acting as the merchant of record. This means Paddle is legally responsible for billing, taxes, invoicing, and refunds. If you have questions about payments or need a refund, contact Paddle support or notify us and we will help. Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your location and may include VAT depending on your country.
5. Intellectual Property
All content you create on Belour (invitations, guest lists, cost data) remains your property. You grant Belour a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Belour, its design, code, and brand are the property of Belour and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Service Availability
We strive to ensure continuous platform operation but do not guarantee 100% availability. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for losses caused by platform unavailability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Belour is provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belour is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data due to technical difficulties
- Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service
8. Termination of Use
You can stop using Belour and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes, the courts in Solin shall have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Belour after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
